• Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours in advance.
• Please notify us by email if you will arrive late or in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• More than 15 minutes late? Your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the amount.
• If you do not show up, you will pay the full amount.
• You can bring a maximum of 1 additional person.
• Hijab-safe? Please mention this when you book your appointment.
